The Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC) has extended heartfelt condolences to the families affected by the tragic military helicopter crash that claimed eight lives, including two prominent Ministers of State.
High-Profile Casualties Impact National Leadership
The incident, which occurred in Adansi in the Ashanti Region, resulted in the loss of several distinguished government officials, marking a significant setback for President John Dramani Mahama's administration. Among the deceased were Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, Minister of Defence, and Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed, Minister of Environment.
"Without any shadow of doubt, this is a national tragedy and an immense loss for their respective families, loved ones and the entire people of Ghana," stated Apostle Immanuel N. O. Tettey, GPCC General Secretary.

- Dr. Samuel Sarpong, Vice Chairman, NDC
- Mr. Samuel Aboagye, Former Parliamentary candidate

- Flying Officer Twum Ampadu
- Sergeant Ernest Addo
