Mayor Reinforces Educational Standards and Discipline

In a significant move to uphold educational standards, Kumasi Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) Hon. Richard Ofori-Agyeman conducted an extensive tour of West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) centers, demonstrating the government's commitment to maintaining transparency and integrity in Ghana's education system.

The inspection, coordinated with the Kumasi Metro Education Directorate, covered prominent institutions including Anglican Senior High School (KASS), Islamic Senior High School, T.I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School, and Kumasi Girls' Senior High School.

Presidential Support and Educational Reform

Conveying messages from President John Dramani Mahama and Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu, the Mayor emphasized the administration's dedication to youth education, reflecting Ghana's commitment to democratic institutions and development.

"You are the future leaders of this country. Stay focused, stay disciplined, and write your exams with integrity," stated Hon. Ofori-Agyeman.
